How to use the AI Email Reply Generator
- Paste the email you received.
- Choose how you want to respond (accept, decline, ask for information and more).
- Add any points you want included, then pick tone, length and language.
- Select Draft reply and edit before sending.
Worked example
Politely declining a meeting
Paste the meeting request, choose "Decline politely" and add "suggest a call next month". The draft thanks the sender, declines clearly and proposes the alternative.
How it works
The email you paste is treated as material to respond to, not as instructions. The model is told to address the sender’s actual points and not to promise anything you did not include.
Frequently asked questions
Is the output original and accurate?
AI text is generated from patterns in training data. It can contain mistakes, outdated information or phrasing similar to existing text. It is not guaranteed to be original, plagiarism-free or factually accurate, so review and edit it before use.
Do you store what I type?
Your input is sent to our AI provider to produce the result. We log only usage counts and sizes for rate limiting and cost control, not the text itself. Avoid entering passwords, payment details or sensitive personal data.
Is there a usage limit?
Yes. To keep the tool free, each visitor has a daily number of generations and there is an overall daily cap. The limit resets at midnight UTC.
Limitations
- Requires an AI provider to be configured by the site administrator. If it is not available, the form still loads but generation is disabled.
- Free use is rate limited per visitor and per day.
- The model has no access to the internet or your accounts, and it may state things confidently that are wrong.
